Freshly Made with Cabbage, Carrots, Spices.
Makes 4 Good size Servings
Eat Within a few days for best freshness; keep in fridge in airtight container.
Do not freeze.

You'll Need
Cutting board; vegetable cutting knife, vegetable peeler.
You can buy medium size cabbage which makes about 3 recipes; or 1 small cabbage.
Ingredients
Cabbage 1 small, for 3 cups chopped cabbage,
carrots 2-3, for 1 cup chopped carrots.
1/4 tsp celery salt,
1/4 tsp garlic powder,
1/4 tsp pepper.
2 -3 tablespoons mayonaise;
store brand or brand you like; I use Sobeys Coleslaw dressing, is very good.
You can tweak the spices to your liking.
How To Make
You need 3 cups cabbage finely sliced, into smaller thin like pieces. and 1 cup thinly sliced carrots.
For carrots, I pick ones with larger diameters, then use peeler to remove outer skin. Then, i cut them into coin shapes;(tad taller than coin), then i stack the coin(2 per), and cut those thinly; these provides nice small thin carrot pieces.
Put the cut cabbage and carrots into your mixing bowl; then add the pepper, garlic powder, and celery powder. Mix to blend the spices into the cabbage and carrots. Then, once mixed, add the 3 tablespoons coleslaw dressing and mix.
Also; for larger recipe, you can use 4 cups cabbage with 1 1/2 carrots; and use 4 tbl of coleslaw dressing.
Makes 6 average servings. Best eaten within a few days.
Serve with Batter Fish and Chips, or eat as a snack food;
Healthy Veges, and low in sodium.
